good points @joewolf - but some things to think about.

* The CEO report released today makes some big statements on building new capability. There is a large amount of execution risk here. and their history in executing has been poor - Capital road and the new $10m write down of Linear.
* They are competing with the big boys like HUB, NWL, BT, Macquarie etc etc. These guys have cornered the market and XPL is playing catch up.
* XPL will need to show some significant NEW business from large financial planning groups this quarter and the next quarter.
* Will be interesting to see Cash flow statement for the half year ending 31 Dec. Operating cash flow less the tax benefit claim will be the magic number.
