Jade69: Plesase ignore my earlier message of today. Of course, the share-consolidation is NOT a rumour but proposed by the company to be voted on at the forthcoming AGS later this month. I would assume, that the company will get this to be enacted.
Whilst share-consolidations normally lead - irrationally, by the way! - to a weakening of the share-price, I believe that this is a good move by the company for the longer term, as a higher share-price will enable bigger players to buy into this stock, which is not the case for a "penny" stock.
