From BJ to JB - well done mate. This company would NOT have survived without you. You should be very proud of yourself. The number of master strokes that he did over the past few years post Tsunami was incredible.
Having said that, it was the right time to go and now give someone else a go. The new person, whoever it ends up actually being, has nothing left to do, all the hard work and stress fell on the shoulders of the wise, old man - just ride the wave of the next uranium boom. They could put anyone in charge - doesn't matter.
