Isn't a consolidation usually the precursor to a share placement?
Maybe JB was pushed out the door because it appears as though someone has the power to destroy the SP at will.
If the new CEO is sympathetic to the Chinese, I think they'll sell off more and more of PDN until a TO is imminent.
