Funding for the industry is drying up and I find it highly unlikely that this guy they have subbed in from the ammos can pull it off.

There is also nobody left who is responsible for the Balbec deal. These debt special situation guys aren't stupid and I'm sure this deal will come back and bite CLH at some stage.

Will no doubt be a PE target at some point, but they will probably let it flounder for a while before striking.
