Was he worried about the direction of PAR? If it was good he would never have left. He would have been privy to the latest data. Same as Marco IMO. DYOR.
Too many part timers and remote workers. This is not professional team managing $80m cash burn, high technology concepts and worth ??? ~ $400m- with poor patent protection. IMO. DYOR.
