I don't think it is anything sinister or concerning from an ops point of view...while timing not wonderful, it definitely seems amicable from a company point of view, clues here are "I wish Justin all the best in his new role" and the fact that he is available for a smooth transition. I had only really met him once and he seemed like a nice and very professional guy.
Im not at this stage, reading anything else into it....with a heap of incredible times and milestones to come, I'm still as enthusiastic and haven't anything to give me any indication that we aren't on track...
