In 2012 the group entered into a non cancellable lease for office space which will expire in 2024.
A portion of the office space is sub let to 3rd parties for part of the remaining lease terms but changes in market conditions have meant the expected rental income will be lower than the rental expense.
The group is actively looking to sub let the remaining office space.
The obligation for the discounted future payments,net of expected rental income has been provided by the group.
