Thinking outside the square here and without wanting to divulge too much, perhaps the new acquisition we've all been waiting for was a brand new handset to accompany the new phone number(costs equally shared with the other companies). Im not privy to this information so let me just say that i am speculating here.

Dont for a moment disregard all the time it would take to shop around for such an item. You've got countless shop front retail outlets and online stores. But maybe, just maybe, they went straight to the source thus the reason the directors may have been in China recently. Think of the savings in purchasing a handset direct from the factory outlet. Thats worth the $252k annual directors fees IMO.

Perhaps i should also note that the change of company details contained almost as many words as the most recent quarterly report. Just like a telegram or a special event annoucement in the classifieds, each word costs money Savings.

All that aside, going by the information in the most recent annual meeting, i think its likely we will see something in the next few weeks.
