There seems to have been some discussion over the relocation of DXN's operations in Perth.
A little 'research' (DYOR) has uncovered....
At the previous site there were problems sending out modules for firstly professional spraying and customer delivery in that overhead street power lines had to be 'lifted' to allow passage.
Also there were many on site, unused vehicle parking spaces, meaning unutilised property.
In the previous site there was at least one welding workshop outside of the factory complex meaning weather impact and additional forklift use. Within the new complex there are overhead gantry cranes for movement of all product under cover.
Additionally the new complex comes at a lower rent and hence less outgoings. It is a purpose built industrial site with a very basic 'office' space.
All in All a very sound and practical relocation...Never judge a book by its 'condition' or cover...just saying.
