The AGm announcement clearly advised of the agreed name change. Cant announce until done, my guess would be office closed from 22/12/17 till this Tuesday, so really only a day late, but they would have been aware but lets give them the benefit of the doubt.

we were expecting the change from the AGM announcement and if office was closed I dont really have an issue as the move to REL was expected and advised, but they did say they would advise at a later stage, think it was just timings.
