I reckon Mr Walker had Frugl sitting on his books and thought might as through this into Wangle on a performance share deal. Might give the share price a boost, if not no harm. His contribution to improving the share price. It seems to have no relevance to Wangle. Nor does Wangle have the people or funds to do anything with it.
What a business model, an app, a book, Frugl and sorry forgot about the VPN like everybody else.
Who is the app developer that has made a bloody fortune out of Wangle and continues to do so - is it Cam Worth?
Why arent contracts put out to tender each year for the tech and marketing consultants. The app developer has been diabolical. Its development and subsequent upgrades must have cost millions - by looking at the reports. The marketing is not doing any better looking at the sales figures.
We have gone from SLD to VTX to WGL and now FAM.......with a revolving door of management and directors...
