There seems to be a stack of confusion amongst you lot, IMO. After reading the CEO's presentation from the last AGM, it was glaringly obvious, IMO, they are not a recruitment company, but rather a provider of sophisticated recruitment technology, that looks to be solving a wider issue within the recruitment industry. IMO the Applyflow product helps global recruitment firms manage and optimise their entire applicant flow. Going out on a limb here, but the new name pretty much sums up what the company does, IMO...
