Only half of the CR shares issued today at .21c, most likely to Strategic Investor Mr Raymond Liu.
The other half of the CR shares will be issued in mid July at a minimum of .21c but capped at .26c depending on the 10 day VWAP preceding issue. Company is indicating they expect the share to rise in coming weeks!
Company name now changed to Taruga Minerals Limited. Should be Taruga Cobalt Unlimited.
Performance shares now in play at .30c , .40c and .50c.... You want them management, then get the share price moving and deliver for all shareholders!
Whole damn market got hammered by Mr Trump and his ill conceived trade war today. I hope it comes back to bite him hard at the mid term elections in November.
Bring on the Niton results and lets clean out those stale holders who keep dumping!
