Over the past few decades there have been a multitude of companies that delivered reasonable drill results at Adelong but unfortunately those results weren't anywhere near good enough to sustain a mining operation. The below drill results (historic example) is from Golden Cross Resources Ltd in June 2004...



For DDD (ADG) to make the monumental transition from 'barely alive explorer' to 'profitable gold producer' they need to be doing everything spectacularly better than the previous owners (Challenger Mines Ltd / Macquarie Gold Pty) who struggled with exploration / mining / gold production & ended up in administration.

The current drilling location is very interesting (near / below the Adelong Creek & west of the Gibraltar mine). Bonanza grade drilling results are needed, as well as the all important regulatory approvals for mine development and $20M project funding.
