Can I point out that the company has done one 40 patient trial with results no better than current methods, has no expertise in developing facial recognition software, has a non-exclusive deal with nViso that ends in 2019 or earlier if the company makes $120k, does not intend to make money til next year and the patents (on someone else's technology work) are only applied for (ie not granted).

This is all in the prospectus along with a lot of other half baked stuff.

I don't post much anymore but thought I should just in case someone was thinking this was going to be anything like RAP.

For what it is worth (lots of you will think"not much"!!).

I bet if you looked at the RAP prospectus prior to relisting you would find the same scenario. No revenue, most of the trials were done since relist, etc.
just saying you can't use RAP in its current status to compare to ePat pre listing.
