Good move to change the name and leave behind the horrible performance of Avalon in the last few years. However, keeping the same board and same management brings uncertainty as to whether they are capable to achieve new deals creating shareholders wealth. Past performance dictates future performance and that ain't good for price appreciation other than pump and dump.
