    Could be former CEO and large holder cashing some of his chips to pay for his Christmas cheer. He is / was a large holder and maybe looking at the next big thing, well looking a a big opportunity, not with MBE! Once the dumping is finished, then the stock may float to the surface, particularly with a new name.
