Well sort of, people will know the past history. However, a new Chairman, CEO and focus on marketing does add weight to the name change. So yes, I think this a symbolic move to do just that. I supported the name change for this reason, although I think the actual name and branding is meh. It's far from quirky or inspirational like most marketing company branding, oh well.
