@Mcdunk Hi bro, As I mentioned before he is a crackhead.
Like I mentioned earlier if he was really trying to get this company off the ground then he would have re drilled Tuliyano straight after the first result, but he chose to give himself a bonus by charging us with consultancy fees with another company that he was a director of.
He is a fraudster , a scammer full stop!
If he wants to re drill Tuliyano then he should do it with the money he scammed from us, because that's why it was there for in the first place , for the Tuliyano project !
We have lost our money there s no turning back now, the best we can do is make life difficult for him and make sure all the money he scammed from us goes down the sheet bowl rather than him enjoying it.
I have been in touch with the tax dept, about companies doing phoenix trading, (I suggest we all look it up and report this d=head) I will send a email to the head investigator at asic,
I want to fry this chicken now, at least I will end up with a favourable taste rather than a sour one!
