The prospectus from the August raising stated that they couldn't place any shares under that prospectus beyond 13 months from lodging so we have until September next year for them to place the final $1 m.

Turners Car subscription still needs 150+ vehicles to be added by March to meet the requirements of 200 cars within 6 months of launch. We still wait the marketing campaign which will come when the supply comes (if!).

18.5 cents is equivilent to .0074 cents in the old register or about a 20% discount to the last raising. If you still see light at the end of the tunnel then perhaps not a bad time to pick a few up if you can get any volume.
