Anyone who knows mining investment/mining knows this company is years away from production. They need to increase the size of the resource first. The NPV is just not high enough. Once the resource gets to say 12 million tonnes then maybe they can start to think about advancing it.
Plus a financing is surely on the horizon and that'll also be holding down the share price.
