Certainly not a fan of continued name changes...always looks like a company trying to run & hide behind a different façade
but in this case the rationale looks reasonable... change in name to Vortiv for the cyber security business & now to Findi for new focused on the Indian business post 100% acquisition. I'd assume 'Vortiv' never had any intangible value in relation to the India business so better they choose a name they can then run with.
