I'm sorry to say that the current management team are a huge failure. Nicole is out of her depth and needs to be replaced. So too the rest of the team.
I was a big fan of Nicole in the early stages but as time has moved on the decision making of the management team led by Nicole has seen shareholder value turn into dust.
