I'm a customer at ServCorp. it's not what it used to be before Covid. service is poor, hasn't gotten any cheaper. they've lost the good staff. paying premium for c-grade support services. can't see it or vol or any others in the space getting it right anytime soon. I heard a stat that offices in capital cities had peak occupancy on wednesdays at 42% and were only 19% on Monday's and Fridays.
if folks need an address and mailbox and telephonist there are cheaper alternatives I'd say.
