PL, I would be very careful about the accusations you are making as HC anonymity does not necessarily protect you from slanderous accusations. You are the one that invested in a very average business with poor management. If Merchant didn't get involved this wouldn't have ended well and would likely be struggling to raise money at .01 Not to mention they account for well over 10% of the stock so why wouldn't they act in the best interest of shareholders? We now have a clean shell that is cash backed which is an excellent result for all. It takes substantial time and due diligence to find a good business - there are plenty of rubbish ones out there believe me. Merchant's internal fund has returned 30% annualised last 5 years so ill back them over some disgruntled shareholders. So can i suggest you hold you tongue and perhaps in future don't invest in risky startups if you aren't prepared for a rocky ride.
