VPC made an investment in Lumi with the obvious intention of RTO'ing Lumi onto the ASX. In their last quarterly, it was stated that Lumi have decided they're not ready to list and VPC is looking to exit their position at a 90% or better profit. VPC have also stated they have evaluated many other options and continue in their search for the right fit.
Your suggestions of impropriety of providing the market with fraudulent numbers requires evidence, I do hope you have it as it's clearly defamatory
