Moving to Perth is a convenience to suit management's lifestyle. Breaks the rule of having head office in the same time zone as operations. There are now 6 hours extra each day in summer that operations and management cannot talk to each other. NSW people get harassed at 8pm and get their revenge by waking management at 5am Perth time when operations are already at work. It is a dumb move.
