Automic are also a registry, a bit like Link Market Services They handle share issues as well as communications.
Recently a whole bunch of small cap companies switched across to Automic to help them manage their share registry.
e.g OCC, BGT.
Z1P is just one success story but I think that is also because of the industry it is in. All Buy now pay later stocks have been doing well.
It makes perfect sense that they can outsource their share registry holdings and communications - focus on product and sales, not the admin.
