I'm relaxed 6151. I think it is a good move to bring the Co Sec "onshore". I haven't seen anything regarding the performance of the Co Sec role that concerned me in the past but I think a local Co Sec being able to talk with ASX as required and with shareholders if necessary is a good thing. As for the Financial role, I am comfortable with him doing the job. Once again, why not? GLTA
