Read the latest announcement and in the very last item "Cash MAnagement Initiatives" and you will see that the options they are considering are "some combination of a cpaital return, SHARE BUYBACK or disciplined acquisitions"
So, although not definite share buyback is in their thought process, and has always been in the mix when first announced by the old board. It is not definite, but if the board do proceed then will not be until after the small share sale.
