Cost cutting imo. The scope of CFO's role has drastically reduced since the heydays. The only operating asset is renison, and that can be managed with mid-level management (financial controller etc) reporting into CEO.
The CFO role will be replaced commensurate with the direction they are going with copper assets.
HK listing unlikely given strategic relevance of tin and potential FIRB hurdles, and potential block from existing holders.
