Secretarial services are contracted out to private company whose managing director is Shannon Coates, so maybe there is something going on within that company rather than Red Hawk.

Could it be that ASIC are active in the background there as they almost certainly are with Red Hawk, there is a lot of questionable history with a number of previous companies who had secretarial services provided by the same personnel. The secretarial services company has changed names a number of times yet the same people are still in control.

My belief is that the changing secretary scenario has nothing to do with Red Hawk and much more to do with the company hierarchy contracted to provide this service to RHK.
