Correct - the secretary services are contracted out and there have been personnel changes there along with hundreds of other companies in WA, especially the last 24 months. The job market here is at peak and there are numerous opportunities around.
Further if anyone decided to do some basic research, you would know that Evolution Services, owned and run by RHK's former Company Sec. Shannon Coates has been acquired by Halo Group (which owns both Source and Hamilton Locke law firm)
As Shannon is now taking on more board positions, the secretarial work is being handled by others at Source - nothing to see here.
Some of these posts trying to create a conspiracy out of nothing is laughable.
