    I would not be so sure no-one participated. I for one did (but not at full entitlement) and bought on market at .017 too. But smart retail holders will remember it was trading at double and triple the SPP price not very long ago, plus the Options. And Regal is motivated, I hope, to get the price back up rather than trash it
