Attention: Mr Sandy Beard:Are the directors of HNG and of its virtual subsidiary AN1 unaware of their statutory obligations to shareholders insofar as acting in their best interest? Why is it there has been no announcement or comment on (a) the royalties entitlement of AN1 under question or (b) the collapse of the AN1 share price under question since HNG undertook to turn the company around?
