Makes some sense. There must be some good opportunities out there.
Not sure about the timing of this though. Would have been better to announce change with actual transaction imo. They will look silly if they dont end up doing one - maybe they are close! On the flip side people may come to them now if they know they are willing to invest
What happens to their remaining Nigerian leases now? Presumably there will be no more drilling for a while as they have give up greenfields exploration for now. Can they lose them if nothing happens?
