Delaying drilling has been discussed previously.
MIN probably want the drilling to proceed more than NWE BOD did.
They want a plant operational next year.
MIN have made several statements about their expectations of the drilling results and plans for a plant.
All very positive for NWE holders

The only way for MIN to achieve their plans is to push this, not delay it.
From MIN's perspective they can now push ahead and do what they want without being concerned that NWE will withhold their consent.
MIN and NWE will work as one team now.
