why would anyone take this proposal seriously? dont forget what ERC/BRT listed at ($5) only recently.
for any board to recommend a buyout in these depressed times shreeks of irresponsibility, unless it is at a huge (x5-10) premium to current values.
hold, and prosper, would be the way to go. nobody sells when times are cheap, same as nobody buys when times are expensive.
we are currently in cheap times. *doh*
