Two reasons....
(1) They just didn't have their sh*t together.
(2) There's a decent bit of news they are keen to share, but they're just not quite in a position to do that yet.
We all hope it's #2. But I'm sure @beaches811 and @chocbloc will be falling over themselves to point out it's #1.
