I'm unsure. Perhaps it was for specific acquisition, merger, RTO that didn't go through. Or the team didn't gel. It happens... Not sure what the new NED will bring to the table seems to be about Quality assurance and mgmt systems?... TBH wouldn't mind seeing more business development / growth professionals involved ...
