I am on the fence with how I am going to respond to the EGM.
Why should I trust that my hard earned will be any better off because Mike Elliott joins the board.
He may have heaps of experience and be qualified to do the job but if it is being forced on the current BOD then how are they supposed to work cohesively.
Surely he will just be shunned when he gets there and further division will arise. Currently the BOD will be focused heavily on what they are going to do about this situation.
I would prefer they were focused on driving the business forward. I am going to hang in there with this stock but the company needs to get to a position of solidarity quickly so they can grt on with the job.
