The process was "in hand" last Thursday and the paperwork was due to be submitted on Monday morning (July 23). I haven't followed up to see if it happened but have no reason to doubt that it wasn't submitted then as most of the information had been collated and they were finalising the finished product over the weekend. So, I assume it is now in the hands of the relevant Tanzanian Authorities. We just await notification of approval. I could be literally any day now.
