Hi SRoyle, also interesting comment "where some investors were anticipating an imminent ML award", wonder where they got that from, perhaps reading some posts by some prominent posters on HC.
As 42 alluded to, it's the ifs and what's next, so will be good to see some non indigenous Tanzanian company get awarded a new mining licence as may help resolve uncertainty on how the that granting of preference to Indigenous Tanzanian companies is going to operate and be enforced.
