The Mining Regulations 2018 form will be dealt with after the ML is issued, I presume, and is the same for all foreign or local operations based in Tanzania. So no problems there.

The Integrity Pledge seems very straightforward, essentially just requiring company details and a signature. I'm sure that WKT are already on to that as the forms were published on July 13. So, it looks like the delay in issuing the ML will be very minimal as long as the forms are accepted and processing begins, as was stated in the update. Those holders who sold out expecting long delays might now be reconsidering their actions given that the ML could be issued at any moment. The FOMO factor could well re-emerge over the next few trading days in eager anticipation of the ML being granted. GLTAH.
