I'm new to this some hopefully someone is kind enough to help me.
With what I have read from the above when someone exercises their option and turns it into a share does that money go straight into the company's balance sheet? IE: Previous quarter shower $4,627,000 therefore is their current cash holdings $6,430,963?
2ndly when I saw this I guess I thought as they are getting each share at a massive low compared to the current price would that not allow them to sell a portion for a massive profit? Hence I guess as the beginner I sold this morning after the news anticipating a drop. I guess after reading this comment from above: "Good question about the black out period for Directors being able to buy and sell, my understanding is it is approximately 2 weeks before a Director can buy or sell any shares pending of the release of news, but this is open for debate because sometimes the release of market sensitive news can be out of the control of a company." Will they not be able to sell soon so the drop would not happen until later if at all?
I personally would like to come back into this company as I like it's product and believe it has been growing steadily but I also chose what I thought as the less risky move by selling today.
