Has anyone else noticed these trades that went through just after 5.30pm today?
It appears to be 50% of the holdings of each director, based on the figures in the Change of Directors Interest Notices lodged today, after they exercised the 2c options.
The price was $0.20
I hope there is an explanation, and a reasonable one at that, about these trades prior to the market opening tomorrow.
This will hopefully include who they were sold to. Hopefully an institution or a party that has links to PCK on a B2B basis. Someone like Philips for example.
No information will likely lead to a price drop at open tomorrow in my opinion, given the scale of the holdings sold (50%) and the fact that they were sold at a significant discount to the last traded price.
