Failed capital raise?
They raised close to $50M ($40M of which was completed within a 2-3 day period).
retail was undersubscribed and the balance was purchased by institutional investors.
What would you describe as a fail when it comes as fulfilled with little dilution- the raise was at .55c, if it were now there would be a far higher SOI- well played by management IMO.
