The truth is this is a nothing burger. It’s neither good news nor bad news. This is just a delayed confirmation that some the directors participated in the 10c cap raise in February, and was a required announcement by the ASX. It’s delayed because their participation in it needed to be approved by shareholders.
To those trying to say Dean knows something - sorry you’re wrong. This has nothing to do with anything. He didn’t even participate. And that’s not a bad thing because believe it or not he’s a pretty normal guy with a pretty normal bank account. To 2ic - your biased rants on a stock you don’t even own are starting to get a bit rediculeous and quite frankly, pathetic.
