Probably knows that at 1.6c it can't go much lower and that possibly with some strategic focus on uranium moving forward Gladiator has the ability to move very quickly north.
Maybe he believes that money will not be wasted on consulting and fees to directors businesses at heavily inflated levels as may have been the case previously?........IMHO
Lets wait and see.....
